The Buyer Problem

Finding a supplier is easy. Trusting what actually ships isn't.

Search any trade directory and dozens of suppliers claim the same things — manufacturer, ISO certified, excellent quality. That's not enough to release payment on a container you can't inspect yourself. Nython operates on the buyer's side of these uncertainties.

Manufacturer or Trader?

A company that says "we manufacture" may standardise a bought-in intermediate rather than produce it. Where the reactor is and who controls the formulation changes what you're actually buying.

The Sample Isn't the Shipment

A development sample can be excellent and the production batch can still differ — raw material variation, standardisation shortcuts, process drift.

A COA Is Not a Chain of Custody

A certificate of analysis proves a test happened somewhere. It doesn't, by itself, prove the tested material is what's actually packed for your container.

Trial

Lab or pilot batch produced, tested, and refined against the requirement.

Approved Specification

Buyer signs off on a final, versioned specification before commercial production.

Production

Commercial batch is manufactured against the approved specification.

Technical Release Review

BatchGate is the evidence and release-control infrastructure Nython built and operates. It holds every lot behind eight release gates, resolves the supplier spec, buyer standard, and order requirement into one specification, and records the evidence chain — sample identity, test results, COA, packaging, QA sign-off — through to dispatch. It does not write specifications, judge chemical safety, or certify regulatory compliance; a named reviewer does, based on the evidence it holds.
